Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 August 2026
1. What this service is
ClearedToAir analyzes publicly available YouTube metadata and produces an advisory risk report against published YouTube monetization policies. It is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a product of YouTube or Google.
2. No guarantee — read this one
Reports are estimates based on public signals. A low score does not guarantee your channel is safe; a high score does not mean YouTube will act. Only YouTube decides enforcement. You remain solely responsible for your channel's compliance, and we are not liable for demonetization, strikes, terminations, or lost revenue, whether or not our report was accurate.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't use the scanner to harass other creators or mass-scan channels you don't operate for competitive targeting.
- Don't scrape, resell, or rate-limit-evade the service.
4. Accounts & payments
The free scanner needs no account. Paid subscriptions, when available, are billed by Stripe, renew monthly, and can be cancelled any time — cancellation stops future charges, and refunds within 14 days of a charge are honoured on request.
5. YouTube API Services
Use of this service constitutes agreement to the YouTube Terms of Service (youtube.com/t/terms).
6. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change is acceptance.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
